Return & Exchange Policy — 12 Tribes
We’re here for the builders, the visionaries, the ones who move with intention. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the time your order lands in your hands to request a return. That gives you time to inspect, reflect, and reach out if needed.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Your item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Tags must still be attached
Item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We believe in integrity, and that means returns must come back in the same condition we sent them out.
How to Start a Return
Email our Tribe Support Team at shop@12Tribes.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll review and guide you through the next steps.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Items sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We stand behind what we make. If you receive the wrong item, something damaged, or anything less than what you expected — let us know right away at shop@12Tribes.co so we can make it right.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
Worn or damaged shoes or garments
Gift cards
Sale items (marked final sale at checkout)

Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style? The quickest path is:
Start a return for the item you have.
Once approved, place a new order for what you’d like.
That way, we keep everything moving forward without delays.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped into the European Union, you're entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason — no explanation needed. The item must still be in new condition with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method
We may charge a 5% restocking fee
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
If it's been over 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at shop@12Tribes.co and we’ll investigate.
