At 12 Tribes, every item is made and handled with intention. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your order is prepared with the care and quality it deserves.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 weeks of purchase.This time-frame accounts for our custom, made-to-order model — designed to minimize waste, maximize quality, and support sustainable production practices.

Note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your item has been processed, estimated shipping times are as follows:

Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs clearance

Tracking information will be sent via email once your item is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet our timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as high order volumes, carrier delays, or customs processing. We will always do our best to keep you informed if any unexpected issues arise.
